l'unique désagrément qu'il y a eu c'est l'inefficacité du transporteur FEDEX qui a retardé la livraison durant 1 mois et sans pour autant présenter des excuses ni donner les raisons du retard

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused, as all goods heading to Chad need to arrive in France first and wait for consolidation. The explanation provided by FedEx is that there are very few flights from France to Chad, and the goods have been collected until they accumulate on one flight before being shipped to Chad.
